cheese


Cheese is a food that is produced by separating the solids in the milk through a process called thickening or coagulation.
Coagulation is processed with the help of bacteria or a specific enzyme called rennet. The results of this process will be dried, processed, and preserved in various ways.
Milk can produce some variety of cheese products.
These products vary determined from the type of cheese milk, coagulation (curdling) method, temperature, method of (curd processing) cutting, drying, heating, also the process of cheese ripening and preservation (aging). 

mostly, the milk that processed to produce cheese are cow's milkmilk of camels, goats, sheep, horse, or buffalo's milk are used in several types of local cheese.




This food is known throughout the world, but allegedly first recognized in the area around the Middle East.
Although it can not be certain when the cheese was first discovered, but according to the legend, cheese was first discovered accidentally by a traveler from Arab.

Cheese has almost all the nutrients in milk, such as proteins, vitamins, minerals,calcium, and phosphorus but also fat and cholesterol that also can cause health problems if consumed in excess.
The size of the fat content in cheese depends on the type of milk that used. Cheese which made from whole milk or the milk which has been added with cream have higher cholesterol and calories contains. Cheese is very beneficial because it is rich in protein,especially for young children because they require more protein than adults.
